We design and build software, AI systems, and immersive experiences that turn your next business challenge into a working product.
Work directly with the people who design and build it.
01 / What we build
You bring the context. We bring design and engineering together to build something your customers and your team can actually use.
Customer platforms, internal tools, and e-commerce built around the way your team works. From the first prototype to the systems behind it.
Connect your knowledge to the people who need it. We build AI assistants and workflows around your documents, tools, and business rules.
Let customers explore a product, step into a space, or interact with your brand. Browser-based AR and 3D experiences with a clear path to the next action.

03 / From challenge to outcome
What a focused engagement can look like, from the business problem to the way success is measured.
Includes illustrative examples · Customer stories coming soonA growing retailer's mobile checkout asked customers to work too hard.
A redesigned storefront, simplified checkout, and shared analytics to identify friction.
Illustrative measurement: completed orders / checkout starts, eight weeks after launch versus the prior eight weeks.
Support teams were searching across scattered documents for policy answers.
A knowledge assistant with source references, document retrieval, and a route to human review.
Illustrative measurement: mean time to find a policy answer across a fixed set of support questions.
04 / How we work
A defined scope, visible progress, and decisions made together. Here is how we move from the first conversation to launch.
We map the business goal, users, existing systems, and constraints before recommending what to build.
Review the proposed experience, scope, milestones, and budget. Agree on what success looks like before development begins.
See working software as it develops. Review progress together, test real workflows, and resolve decisions before they become surprises.
Plan deployment, documentation, and the handoff together. Agree on the support your team needs as the product moves into daily use.
Data access, deployment, ownership, and support belong in the conversation from the start. We will work through your requirements before defining the engagement.
05 / The people behind the work
Genie brings development and marketing into the same conversation, so the product and the business goal stay connected.

Here are a few we would ask, too.
Ask us directlyA specific workflow, product, or customer experience that needs to improve. You might be replacing a manual process, launching an application, connecting AI to internal knowledge, or testing an AR campaign. Bring the problem and the systems involved; you do not need a finished specification.
We start with your goals, existing systems, and constraints. From there, we propose deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and a budget for review. The scope of discovery, development, and ongoing support is agreed before that work starts.
Yes. We can build alongside your team or take on a defined project. Discovery is where we agree on the stack, access, review process, and the responsibilities on each side.
Bring your requirements into discovery, including data access, hosting, retention, vendor review, and any required agreements. We assess what the proposed system needs and identify constraints before agreeing to delivery. Product-specific controls and certifications should be confirmed directly with us.
Ownership, source-code access, third-party licenses, documentation, and handoff are covered in the project agreement. Custom development and hosted products have different arrangements, so we make those details part of the scope. Ongoing maintenance and support are agreed separately.
We discuss what you are trying to achieve, what exists today, and who will use the product. You can ask about technical fit and the delivery process. If there is a fit, we outline the information needed for a scoped proposal.
LET’S BUILD WHAT COMES NEXT
A workflow that needs fixing. A product ready to take shape. An idea you want to put to the test. Let’s talk it through.
